FMA compiles industry statistics to serve as benchmarking tools. These survey products provide details on salaries, hourly wages, benefits, financial, and operating measures to give your company a competitive edge. The more companies that participate, the broader the data. Therefore, the results are more valuable.

This year's questionnaire gathers salary/wage data for 67 positions. In addition, it has been updated to include more detailed bonus and commission details, as well as breakdowns for variances in benefits offered for salaried, non-production, production, and union employees.
